Reception Area
A comfortable seat and a refreshing drink await you - relax and unwind for a few minutes before your appointment. Tea and coffee 'on the house'.
Light lunches can be ordered and are served informally in reception around the coffee table or on the patio in the garden. Magazines available to read while you wait or between treatments.
We stock a full range of Dermalogica, Fake Bake and Jessica products, on display for your convenience
Manicure & Pedicure Area
On the mezzanine level to the rear of the salon, this light, bright area provides the ideal setting for your treatment. We use Jessica products and a range of these is on display. Many seasonal shades to choose from and a wide selection of handcare products to take home with you.
Treatment Rooms (3)
All our fully equipped treatment rooms are light and bright with large windows and are air-conditioned for your extra comfort. Treatment rooms are on the upper levels of the salon.
Shower & Steam Facility
Super high pressure shower and steam cubicle - lots of fluffy towels and robes supplied for your convenience and comfort. Take advantage of this facility at any time or when you experience one of the body treatments and take time out to enjoy a day retreat to the salon.
Garden & Patio
The delightful garden and secluded patio are there for your enjoyment. Relax outside with a tall, cool drink and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air, read the paper (magazines are always to hand). The garden is equipped with furniture and sunshades for those hotter summer days.

Frances Hastings, Owner & Senior Therapist
Frances has been working as a beauty therapist for over 43 years and was one of top three 2006 finalists in the British Spa & Beauty Awards for 'Facial Therapist of the Year'. Her energy, enthusiasm and professionalism make the salon really special. Your treatment with Frances is guaranteed to be one of your best salon experiences. In addition to the treatment, you'll find her to be a kind and caring person, easy to talk to and a good listener. It is no wonder that she has a strong client following.
Kathleen, Beauty Therapist
Experienced and capable, Kathleen joined us over 3 years ago. She has almost 7 years experience as a qualified beauty therapist. We've found her to be easygoing, friendly and approachable and most of all, a good listener. During her time as a therapist she has worked at the London Barbican salon and in her spare time she enjoys the cinema, friends and family and swimming.
Ruth, Receptionist
Ruth has joined us as our main salon receptionist, working week days. She is originally from Dumfries, in Scotland. She moved to warmer climes, spending 18 years living and working in Spain in the catering and hospitality sector. She returned to the UK three years ago, taking up a retail position in Bromley, prior to joining our team. Ruth lists her interests as computers, painting, drawing and reading as well as the occasional trip to the cinema. She has just become a proud grandmother to little Noah, the latest addition to their family.
Codie, Beauty Therapist
Codie has been working at the salon for a number of years, but has recently joined us full time. Codie enjoys going out with family and friends for meals and the cinema. Codie has always wanted to be a beauty therapist, so when frances took her on she was over the moon. Codie loves working in the salon as it is a calm and friendly place to be plus Frances and the other girls are great to work with.
