Treatment Times:
All treatment times are approximate as time is allowed
for preparation, consultation and relaxation. We ask
that you arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment
so that you are relaxed and ready for your therapist
at the appointed time. Please note that late arrival
may cause your appointment to be shortened

|
Cancellations:
Non-arrival
for an appointment for whatever reason will incur a
fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
Cancellation of an appointment with less than 24 hours
notice will be subject to a cancellation fee (50%
of the cost of the treatment)
|
|
Prepayment:
We request a 50% deposit from you at the time of booking
for any treatments of an hour or more
|
|
Payments:
We accept all major credit cards. However, we do not
accept card payment for purchases of less than £10 in
value. Cheques accepted with guarantee card only
|
|
|
Discount:
Purchase 4 or more Dermalogica products at one time
and receive a 10% discount*
