General Information
• All treatment times shown are approximate as time is allowed for preparation. consultation and relaxation.
• We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment so that you are relaxed and ready for your therapist at the appointed time.
• We request 50% deposit from you at the time of booking for any treatment of 1 hour or more.
• Products by post: For your convenience we are able to dispatch your products or gift vouchers by post to you.
• Gift vouchers: A great way to give a very special gift, these vouchers can be used for treatments or products. Valid for 6 months.
• Purchase four or more Dermalogica products at one time and receive a 10% discount.
• A comprehensive range of Jessica products, treatments for problem nails and wonderful glowing, jewl-like colours ... or more subtle shades.
Cancellation Policy
• Last minute cancellation and 'no-shows' damage our business. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours in advance for any change or cancellation of your appointment.
Otherwise a 50% charge will be made.
• Late arrival may cause your appointment to be shortened.
